Dear Friends at Child Welfare Professionals, Educators, Daycare Providers, Parents, Mental Health Community, Social Services arena and Human Services Providers:

We firmly believe throughout the years Sweets to the Sweets Enterprises, Heartstrings Express, The Children's Transportation Division has developed a sparkling, favorable, supportive service relationship with one another. We have either directly or indirectly serviced your agency's clients. We are requesting your significant support as we move forward into a new year seeking new funding sources. New, old, and untapped funding for our transportation services on the local, state and federal levels would surely make a difference in our services for the children that we all serve in Illinois. Your support is priceless and valued as a consumer. We all have shared a sincere commitment to provide quality services to each child involved in the Illinois child welfare and human services systems.
